KREST Trail App

The ask

To engineer a high-performance brand identity for a trail-running platform that rejects the "polished" tropes of modern fitness apps. The objective was to build a visceral, gritty visual language that resonates with hardcore endurance athletes who view the trail as a battlefield—not a hobby. The goal was to isolate…to separate the diehards from the weekenders.

The solve

KREST was developed as an aggressive, end-to-end brand system built on a foundation of rebellion and raw technicality. By pairing high-contrast neons against atmospheric charcoals and blues, the identity creates a "digital-meets-dirt" aesthetic. The use of utility, monospaced typefaces acts as a middle finger to the "pretty" fitness app market.

The result: A comprehensive ecosystem—from a rugged UI/UX frameworks to high-impact marketing collateral—designed to feel as tough as the terrain it chews up.
